ProtoductAI Co., Ltd. processes account data, private learning profiles and content, lesson and review results, progress, iOS subscription status, and limited diagnostics to provide Hachimo. When you connect Hachimo to ChatGPT, we receive the inputs sent to Hachimo tools and return only the requested learning data. Necessary opaque workflow IDs and learning dates may be returned; authentication tokens, secret keys, internal user IDs, and operational logs are not returned.

We do not sell personal data. Clerk, Convex, Cloudflare, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Sentry, PostHog, Inc. (USA; product analytics), and Apple may process data for the purposes above. PostHog receives only in-app interaction events from the iOS app (for example app opens, screens viewed, purchases started or completed), the account identifier that links them, and a random identifier the app creates on your device; never email addresses or learning content. We use it to improve Hachimo, not for advertising or tracking across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not infer your location from your IP address. Delete learning data in iOS Settings; request complete account deletion through Settings or support@protoductai.com. Disconnecting ChatGPT and cancelling an App Store subscription are separate actions.
